I hated my braces. So. Much. But, before you think my 5 star is misleading, my teeth look great. Miranda was super sweet and Tristan is (unfortunately) very good at scraping glue off my teeth. Bree also begged to be in the review so she's here too, she was nice.

Just got done getting my braces off. Logan and bri did a very good job of making it as comfortable as possible and got it done quickly.

Bri was my favorite and i definitely recommend coming to this place, everyone I encountered was very polite and kind.

Would recommend smith to anyone. Bri is such a great asset to the smith staff. Bri and Tristan made my appointments very enjoyable.

We had an amazing first visit at Smith Orthodontics! The office staff was both efficient and thorough, making the check-in process seamless. Heather was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—she took the time to get to know my daughter and made her feel comfortable right away. Dr. Amy is top-notch, and her entire team is patient, kind, and truly dedicated to their patients. The office itself is modern, welcoming, and impeccably clean. Wonderful staff and clean office!!!!! Heather the treatment coordinator was very knowledgeable. Tristen was amazing and explained everything as she went along which helped calm my daughter’s nerves. At every visit we have been to we have been greeted with friendly smiling faces by every staff member and have had very little to no wait time in the waiting room. Everyone seems very personable and genuinely caring. The office was very clean and organized. I saw the assistants wipe things down very well several times during our visits there. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

My son got his braces today and Tristan did an amazing job with him. He loves to joke around and she had no problem joking right back with him.

My kids had their first visit at Smith Orthodontics today for a consult. The receptionist was kind and informative. Heather brought us back and she was efficient, patient, and explained to my kids in layman’s terms what she was doing and what she needed them to do, which I feel is important for them to understand what’s happening and what could happen (future treatment if necessary). Dr. Smith came in and examined each kid. She didn’t say much to me, but she did tell Heather what needed done and then Heather explained it. She did have a kind and welcoming demeanor to myself and the kids, which is comforting, especially for the kids! I do have hopes to have more interaction with Dr. Smith in the future; however, Heather was amazing at giving me the details and a timeline to expect for treatment, insurance, etc so I know what to expect.
The kids also love that there’s a “point” system and have chances to earn points at visits to redeem for prizes!
Overall, for our first initial visit, it went well. It was smooth, efficient, and informative!

I’ve been going to Smith Orthodontics for over two years, and a few months ago, I completed my Invisalign treatment. Now, as a 22-year-old guy, I’m in my retainer stage and couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process was smooth, and the team at Smith Orthodontics made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. My teeth look amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments.
